**Job Summary**:
You will be responsible for developing wholesale business, managing key dealer accounts, handling warranty and claim cases, and ensuring customer satisfaction through professional support and technical knowledge.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Develop and maintain relationships with wholesale customers, distributors, and fleet operators.
- Promote and sell a full range of tyre brands (PCR, TBR, OTR, etc.) to achieve sales targets.
- Handle **tyre claims and warranty processes** — including inspection, evaluation, documentation, and resolution.
- Investigate tyre failures and report findings to management and suppliers.
- Provide **technical support** to clients regarding tyre usage, maintenance, and claim procedures.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and market analyses.
- Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams to ensure timely delivery.
- Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and training sessions as required.
- Ensure all sales and claim activities comply with company policies and customer service standards.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum **3-5 years of experience** in tyre wholesale or related automotive sales.
- Proven knowledge and hands-on experience in **Tyre Claims & Warranty Procedures**.
- Strong understanding of tyre construction, wear patterns, and failure analysis.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.
- Valid driving license and willingness to travel within the region.
**Preferred Experience in Tyre Claims**:
- Conducted **on-site inspection** of claimed tyres to assess manufacturing defects vs. usage-related damage.
- Prepared **detailed claim inspection reports** with photos and technical comments.
- Coordinated with tyre manufacturers for claim approvals and settlements.
- Managed **customer communication** throughout the claim process, ensuring timely resolution.
- Trained dealers and service teams on proper claim procedures and tyre care.
Pay: QAR2,500.00 - QAR3,500.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Doha: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (preferred)
**Education**:
- High school or equivalent (preferred)
