**Key Responsibilities**:

- Create detailed 3D models from conceptual sketches, schematic drawings, mood images, and plans.
- Design and develop complex, organic, and parametric volumes using advanced 3D modeling techniques.
- Produce photorealistic 3D renderings with a strong focus on lighting, materials, textures, and overall composition.
- Demonstrate understanding of design intent through effective material selection, scene setup, camera placement, and visual storytelling.
- Collaborate closely with lead designers and architects, integrating feedback to enhance final outputs.
- Deliver high-quality visual content within tight deadlines and specified timeframes.
- Create animations and immersive visual experiences using VR tools as required.
- Maintain and innovate the 3D asset library, incorporating latest trends and tools in 3D visualization.
- Embrace continuous learning by exploring new software and visualization techniques.
- Ensure clear communication with internal teams and contribute positively in a team-based environment.

**Requirements**:

- **Experience**: Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in architectural or interior 3D visualization.
- **Software Proficiency**:

- **Essential**: 3ds Max, Corona Renderer, Rhinoceros, Photoshop, Lumion, Enscape, Adobe Premiere, Adobe After Effects
- **Preferred**: Grasshopper
- **Portfolio**: A portfolio of 3D renderings and animations is mandatory and must be submitted prior to the interview.
- Strong artistic and technical capabilities in rendering, animation, and VR.
- High level of professionalism, attention to detail, and time management skills.
- Flexible, reliable, and capable of working under pressure to meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and team collaboration skills.
