Snr Bms Testing and Commissioning Technician

Our client, a global technology leader specializing in advanced building management solutions, is dedicated to optimizing energy efficiency, sustainability, and system performance. As part of their commitment to delivering cutting-edge **BMS solutions**, they are currently seeking experienced **Senior BMS Testing & Commissioning Technicians** with expertise in **Siemens systems** to join their team.

**Position: Senior BMS Testing & Commissioning Technician**
**Location: Doha**
**Duration: 6 Months (Extendable) | 6 Days/Week | 10-Hour Shifts**
**Salary: 4,000 QAR to 4,500 QAR/Month (All-Inclusive)**
**Experience: Minimum 4+ Years**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform **system pre-commissioning** and **point-to-point testing** to validate device and system functionality.
- Conduct **on-site testing and commissioning**, including standalone testing, sequence testing, and graphics demonstration.
- Handle **system inspections, IR coordination**, and documentation in compliance with project requirements.
- Ensure seamless **integration, testing, and commissioning** of Siemens BMS systems.
- Assist in **graphics development/modification** for Siemens BMS, ensuring a user-friendly interface.
- Collaborate with project teams, engineers, and clients to resolve technical issues and optimize system performance.
- Troubleshoot and rectify **BMS control logic, alarms, and communication issues**.
- Maintain accurate records of commissioning activities and generate detailed reports.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum **4+ years** of experience in **BMS Testing & Commissioning**.
- **Expertise in Siemens BMS programming, testing, and commissioning tools** is a must.
- Hands-on experience with **system pre-commissioning, point-to-point testing, and standalone system validation**.
- Strong knowledge of **graphics development/modification** for Siemens BMS.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to BMS operations.
- Experience in managing **on-site inspections, IR handling, and documentation**.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with project teams under tight deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
