The Early Career Traineeship is designed for fresh graduates where Baker Hughes will train fresh talent who meet the required criteria to perform their traineeship in a specific business. The traineeship duration is 3 month in Qatar Gas Site and will develop your technical knowledge and soft skills and provide on the job learning and exposure.

**As part of our Early Career Traineeship, you will be involved in**:
Working as part of the BH Resident team in Qatar Gas. During the internship you will be learning about Gas turbine and rotating equipment, understand the basics of maintenance operations, as well as introduction to the business of LNG. By the end of the training program, you shall possess comprehensive knowledge of Gas turbines, compressors and rotating equipment.
- HSE Induction to familiarize the trainees on Baker Hughes Safety Standards
- Introduction to the principles of Gas turbines
- Basic Field work, which includes sampling, field surveys, testing and troubleshooting activities.
- Work with the team to prepare the material for upcoming outages and site events
- Support experienced FSE’s to troubleshoot and resolve issues on site
- Gaining hands on experience on certified high performing machines.

**T**o be successful in this traineeship you will**:

- A student who is currently studying Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
- Have achieved a cumulative GPA of 3.0 out of 4.0
- Be fluent in written and spoken English and have effective communication skills
- Be inquisitive and present a thirst for knowledge
- Be legally entitled to work within the country in which you are applying, without sponsorship or time restrictions.
