As the business expands, we are pleased to announce an incredibly exciting opportunity to join our Cargo Freighter Sales Team in Doha as a **Manager Cargo Network Planning**.

The role includes:

- Managing the development of regional strategic business cases based on the assigned area of accountability and control quality and throughput of business cases delivered by the team.
- Developing and managing the cargo profitability model utilized for developing business cases by:

- Validating the data inputs of the tool
- Reviewing and adjusting scenario outputs if required
- Updating QR and industry data inputs on a regular basis
- Engaging with the vendor and internal stakeholders
- Organizing and overseeing route profitability reviews and performance steering platforms to improve freighter and network profitability.
- Standardizing and structuring business cases deliverables by automating key processes to improve efficiency.
- Regularly evaluating the department or teams objectives, plans, procedures and practices, and making appropriate changes if needed

**Qualifications**:
**About you**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or similar field with minimum of 5-7 years of relevant experience preferably within the airline cargo industry
- Hands
- on experience in network planning
- Strong understanding of Statistics, Financial Reporting and Scenario Planning
- Ability to delegate work, set clear direction and manage workflow
- Fluency in written and spoken English
