Ts Systems Engineer

About the role

As TS System Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring a seamless delivery of IT services by providing an effective and efficient IT solution. Being part of End User Services Team (EUS), you shall be responsible for handling IT access provisioning, Telecom related requests and Web Domain registrations. In addition, evaluate business requirements, streamline business process and identify opportunities for automation to enhance employee experience. You will also be working closely system support teams to help drive the regular enhancements of internal end-user IT service request portal (ITSP).

With outstanding customer service orientation, a deep understanding of process discipline; as TS Systems Engineer, you will work diligently to help the team improve service and employee experience.- Ensure all assigned incidents and service requests are resolved promptly in accordance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs)- Analyse and evaluates business process and user feedback to identify gaps and provide service/process and system improvements- Identify services and processes that can be automated- Ensure timely actions are taken for domain registrations and renewal- Coordinate with vendor on service activation, billing and service disruption related cases- Organize and supervise the coordination and communication with vendors and Information Systems Providers for systems support in order to handle system enhancements, fixes or upgrades whenever required- Oversee that Process and Procedures are followed as per ITIL standards for IT Services and Support across all platforms- Oversee all system documentation for IT procedures, Standards, Policies and its updates are carried out on a regular basis and these are stored in a central repository- Be attentive & proactive to maintain open communication with other IT teams internally about all system changes and new systems implemented for End User Services- Build service relationships with users in order to achieve best in class employee Satisfaction- Report service delivery performance to management (Daily/Monthly/Yearly)- Assist in the development of user manuals, Knowledge bases, FAQs and training documentation

Qualifications

About you- Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Computer Science or equivalent stream with minimum 5 years of relevant experience in technical support, preferably in an IT service industry and diverse work environment.- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Management Console (MMC), Active Directory user right management, AD Audit Plus tool, File Server permissions management, Exchange shell commands, Mobile Device management and Telephone Billing System- Basic knowledge of computer hardware and information on latest technological advancements in related field- Excellent English written and oral skills, great interpersonal skill, multi-tasking and work in collaboration with other team members to support a multi-cultural environment- Rich customer facing experience with friendly presence and helpful attitude- Ability to work in shifts hours/days based on business needs

Preferred- IT industry certifications such as MCSE & ITIL V4 (Foundation course)- Experience in ticket management tool- Efficient mail management
