**ORAL COMMUNICATION - INSTRUCTOR/ADJUNCT**

**Location: Aspire Zone | Doha, Qatar**

**Position Type: Part-Time (Fall 2025)**

**Job Overview**:
We are seeking a dynamic and engaging Instructor/Adjunct to teach Oral Communication for Fall 2025. This course emphasizes effective verbal communication skills, public speaking, interpersonal interactions, active listening, speech organization, delivery techniques, and audience engagement strategies. The instructor will guide students through practical speaking exercises and interactive activities to enhance their oral communication capabilities.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and deliver interactive lectures and activities focused on oral communication techniques.
- Facilitate practical public speaking sessions, group discussions, and presentations.
- Design assessments, including speeches, presentations, and reflective assignments, to measure student progress.
- Provide constructive and timely feedback to support student growth and confidence in communication.
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and course documentation.

**Qualifications**:
**Education**: Master’s degree in Communication, Public Speaking, English, or a closely related field.

**Experience**:University-level teaching experience in communication or public speaking courses is preferred.

**Skills**:Strong proficiency in public speaking, interpersonal and organizational communication, and excellent instructional and facilitation abilities.

**Language**:Must be fluent in English (Arabic is an added advantage).

**Legal Requirements**:
Must currently reside in Qatar and hold a valid Qatari ID.
