We are looking for a **Senior Project Lead**for one of our clients with the following details:
**Location: Doha, Qatar**

**Mob date: JAN-2026**

**Demob date: DEC-2030**

**Work Status : Residential, single**

Qualification and Experience required:

- Bachelor's degree or higher in a technology related field. Master's degree or MBA preferred
- 8+ years' experience in IT and at least 3 years in a project leadership role
- 5 years' experience as part of an Oil & Gas organization
- Strong project management skills
- Strong understanding of the core processes of an Oil & Gas company
- Strong relationship and negotiation capability
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong English proficiency both spoken and written

Activities:

- Work along with the Lead of DBS Programs to develop and implement the ongoing DBS Strategy for managing and delivering projects and programs in DBS.
- Ensure that effective project and program management approaches are embedded within DBS Delivery.
- Build and develop a positive reputation for the DBS Programs by acting as an ambassador when dealing with other colleagues, customers, and external partners.
- Carries out detailed requirements analysis and sizing of project team; ensure resource availability and allocation.
- Developing project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
- Develop a detailed project plan to track progress throughout the life of the project
- Use appropriate verification techniques and integrated change management to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs and ensure all changes are accounted for, reviewed, approved, and communicated with the rest of the team.
- Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders; report and escalate to management as needed.
- Perform risk and issue management to minimize and mitigate projects risks.
- Establish and maintain relationships with third parties and vendors.
