**Key Responsibilities**:

- Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems in residential towers and commercial buildings.
- Perform regular inspections and preventive maintenance on HVAC equipment.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose HVAC system issues and carry out necessary repairs.
- Ensure systems are functioning efficiently and in compliance with safety standards.
- Assist with the installation and commissioning of new HVAC units and systems.
- Respond promptly to service calls and maintenance requests.
- Maintain accurate records of repairs, maintenance, and system performance.
- Work closely with the facility management team to ensure optimal HVAC system performance.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum **3 years of experience** in HVAC systems maintenance and installation, specifically in **residential tower projects** and **facility management** in Qatar.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC equipment, troubleshooting, and maintenance procedures.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and blueprints.
- Good communication skills and ability to work with a team.
- Valid **Qatar ID (QID)** and **NOC** (No Objection Certificate) for immediate joining.
- Ready to join immediately.

Pay: QAR3,500.00 per month
