**The Role**

You will be responsible for the efficient running of the department in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards, whilst meeting employee, guest, and owner expectations.

The Rooms Division Manager is responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient running of all operational aspects of the Rooms Division and ensuring that the various departments are run according to the standards set for the brand in general and the hotel specifically.

**Qualifications**:

- Ideally with a university degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management
- Minimum 2 years work experience as Assistant Director of Rooms or Front Office Manager managing large operation of rooms, apartments, and villas preferably in the GCC region.
- Good problem solving, administrative and interpersonal skills are a must.
- Schedule flexibility is necessary and the ability to multi-task.
