We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented **Junior Accountant (Trainee)** to join our finance team. This role is ideal for a recent graduate or someone early in their accounting career, eager to learn and grow in a supportive environment. Proficiency in **Arabic** and **English** is essential, as you will be communicating and working with clients and team members from diverse backgrounds.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist with daily accounting tasks, including accounts payable and receivable, data entry, and reconciliation.
- Support the preparation of financial reports, invoices, and statements.
- Maintain organized records of financial transactions by establishing and following accounting procedures.
- Collaborate with senior accountants on month-end and year-end closings.
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes.
- Provide support in auditing processes and regulatory compliance tasks.
- Help manage tax filings and other financial compliance obligations.
- Contribute to process improvements within the accounting team.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Proficiency in **Arabic** and **English** (spoken and written).
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.
- Familiarity with accounting software and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work well within a team and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
- Eagerness to learn and take on new challenges.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Previous internship or experience in an accounting role is a plus.
- Basic understanding of local financial regulations and tax laws.
