**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design and sell customized holiday packages based on client needs and budgets
- Actively promote travel products and services to increase sales
- Convert leads into bookings through persuasive and consultative selling techniques
- Provide destination recommendations, itinerary planning, and travel consultation
- Maintain strong follow-up with clients to close sales and build long-term relationships
- Stay updated on travel trends, promotions, and competitor offerings
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to ensure service quality and client satisfaction

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 3 year of experience in a travel agency or tourism sales role
- Proven **sales skills** with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- Customer-oriented with a friendly and persuasive approach
- Knowledge of popular holiday destinations, travel trends, and tourism products
- Fluency in English is required (Arabic is a plus)
- Proficiency in booking systems and Microsoft Office
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced sales environment
- Passionate about travel and helping clients discover new destinations
