- Minimum 10-15 years working experience in Supervision Consultancy Office at Qatar and GCC.

- Consultant supervision and management specialist.
**-Arabic must be first language.**

**Duties and responsibilities**:

- Review shop drawings, As built drawings, Letters, material Submittals, concept design drawings, BOQ, Method of Statement, IR, Interim payments etc
- Supervise the contractor, subcontractor for all submittals and supervise all the works to ensure achievement of scope, specifications and quality requirements.

**Required skills and qualifications**:

- Project management experience.
- Strong leadership and collaborative skills.
- Client and consultant coordination ability.
- Knowledge of all building regulation and municipality requirements.
- Proficient in AutoCAD and other related software.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills and meet client satisfaction.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and self-starting.
- Detail-oriented and highly analytical.
- Experience with different finishing materials.
- Experience in Grade A Consultancy Office is an advantage.

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Doha: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
