**Responsibilities**:

- **Curriculum Planning**: Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum that promotes cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development. Design activities that encourage curiosity, exploration, and hands-on learning.
- **Classroom Management**: Create a welcoming and organized classroom environment that promotes active participation, cooperative play, and a sense of belonging. Set clear expectations for behavior and create a positive classroom culture.
- **Individualized Instruction**: Recognize and address the unique learning needs and interests of each child. Provide personalized attention to support their growth and development.
- **Parent Communication**: Establish open and effective lines of communication with parents and guardians. Provide regular updates on children's progress, achievements, and areas of development.
- **Assessment and Progress Tracking**: Monitor and document each child's growth, maintaining accurate records of their developmental milestones, skills, and challenges. Use assessments to inform instructional decisions.
- **Collaboration**: Work collaboratively with fellow educators, administrators, and support staff to create a cohesive learning community. Attend staff meetings and contribute to professional development opportunities.
- **Health and Safety**: Ensure the safety and well-being of all children in the classroom. Adhere to health and safety protocols and respond promptly to any medical or emotional needs.
- **Professional Growth**: Stay current with trends and best practices in early childhood education through professional development, workshops, and continued education.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a related field (Master's preferred).
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Nursery Teacher or in a similar early childhood education role.
- Strong understanding of child development theories, teaching methodologies, and age-appropriate practices.
- Creative and adaptable teaching approach that encourages exploration and curiosity.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for working with young children.
- Familiarity with integrating technology into the classroom is a plus.
- CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain upon hiring).

**Salary**: QAR5,000.00 - QAR8,000.00 per month
