- To be responsible for leading, directing, and motivating the Sales team
- Ensure that the yearly sales budget is achieved and exceeded
- Build strong relationships with client
- Implement management standards and quality guidelines.
- Develop sales strategies to penetrate target markets.

Your experience and skills include:

- Previous experience in GCC
- Previous experience in a luxury hotel/resort
- Fluency in English language to speak and present clearly and effectively, ideally with fluency in Arabic and/or Turkish.
- Innovative and creative to create new brand strategies that attract new clientele and succeed over competition.
- Ability to recognize trends and stay ahead of them.
