**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Actively identify and pursue new sales opportunities in the construction, furniture, and related industries.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, architects, interior designers, and other key stakeholders.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals tailored to client needs.
- Negotiate terms of sales agreements to close deals effectively.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer information using CRM software.
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in sales, preferably in building materials, wood products, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to travel locally to meet clients and attend industry events.

**Experience**:

- Wood Building Material: 2 years (required)

License/Certification:

- Driving License in Qatar (required)
