**The Process Coordinator plays a key role in ensuring smooth execution of business operations by monitoring workflows, coordinating between departments, and maintaining compliance with organizational standards. This role is responsible for identifying process inefficiencies, implementing improvements, and ensuring that daily operations align with company goals and service quality standards.**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Coordinate and monitor daily business processes to ensure timely and efficient completion.
- Act as the point of contact between departments to streamline communication and workflow.
- Develop and maintain process documentation, workflows, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Track, analyze, and report on process performance, highlighting areas for improvement.
- Assist in identifying bottlenecks, risks, and areas of inefficiency, recommending corrective actions.
- Support the implementation of process improvement initiatives and new business systems.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory standards, and quality requirements.
- Provide guidance, training, and support to staff regarding process requirements and best practices.
- Coordinate with management to align process improvements with strategic objectives.
- Participate in audits, reviews, and continuous improvement projects.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience in process coordination, operations, or project management.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with high attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to collaborate across teams.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); familiarity with process management tools/software is a plus.
- Analytical mindset with problem-solving and process improvement skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
