**Position: Leasing and Limousines Manager**

**Location: Doha, Qatar**

Manage the leasing and limousine operations for a car rental company in Qatar, ensuring that high levels of customer service are provided to all clients.

Oversee the daily operations of the leasing and limousine departments, including vehicle maintenance, scheduling, and driver management.

Develop and implement leasing and limousine policies and procedures, and ensure that they are adhered to by all staff.

Develop and maintain relationships with clients, and ensure that their needs and expectations are met and exceeded.

Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities, and develop strategies to increase revenue and profitability.

Prepare and present leasing and limousine reports and forecasts to senior management.

Maintain accurate records of leasing and limousine operations, including vehicle inventory, schedules, and billing information.

Monitor and control expenses related to leasing and limousine operations, and implement cost control measures as needed to keep costs within budget.

Train and develop staff on leasing and limousine operations, including customer service, vehicle maintenance, and driver management.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in business administration, hospitality or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in leasing and limousine management, preferably in Qatar.
- Strong knowledge of leasing and limousine operations, policies, and procedures.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other relevant software.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Fluent in English, Arabic language skills would be a plus.
- Valid Qatari driving license.

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Doha: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
