Production Supervisor

Be the force behind flawless finishes- Oversees all production operations, including raw material (RM) store.- Guides and directs workforce; assigns tasks and provides instructions.- Ensures product manufacturing aligns with batch cards and management systems.- Trains personnel and ensures proper job allocation.- Supervises maintenance technicians and ensures equipment checks.- Coordinates with Production Planner for timely batch planning and delivery.- Leads ERP transactions for stock transfer/posting.- Implements fire and safety protocols; active member of the Fire Fighting Team.- Controls departmental costs, including overtime (OT).- Maintains production-related documentation.- Ensures alignment to company policies and procedures.- Maintains a safe and healthy work environment in line with HSE policies.- Follows SOPs, QMS, EMS systems.- Responsible for production line operations and multi-functional coordination.- Manages site maintenance and supervises preventive/breakdown maintenance.- Ensures daily plans are followed and stock availability is maintained.

What we’re looking for:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Production/Manufacturing Engineering, Chemical Engineering.- Knowledge of manufacturing processes and equipment- Understanding of ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.)- Proficiency in Quality Management Systems (QMS), EMS, Health & Safety.- Ability to read and interpret batch cards, SOPs, and technical documents- Preventive and breakdown maintenance coordination
