**3D Visualizer with Architectural Background**

**Key Responsibilities and Objectives of this role**:
1. **3D Visualization**:Create high-quality 3D models and renderings for various Event related projects, including commercial, and public spaces.

2. **Concept Development**: Work closely with project managers and higher management to develop and visualize design concepts from initial sketches to final renderings.

3. **Software Proficiency**: Utilize industry-standard software such as 3ds Max, V-Ray, SketchUp, Rhino, AutoCAD, Revit, and Adobe Creative Suite to produce realistic and detailed visualizations.

4. **Project Collaboration**: Collaborate with project teams to ensure visualizations accurately represent the design intent and are completed within project timelines.

6. **Presentation**:Prepare and present visualizations to clients, stakeholders, and project teams, incorporating feedback and making necessary adjustments.

7. **Innovation**: Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in 3D visualization and event set up design to continually improve the quality of work.

**Qualifications**:
1. **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in architecture, Interior Design, 3D Design, or a related field.

2. **Experience**: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in 3D visualization within the architectural field.

3. **Technical Skills**: Proficiency in 3ds Max, V-Ray, SketchUp, Rhino, AutoCAD, Revit, and Adobe Creative Suite.

4. **Portfolio**:Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of 3D visualizations and architectural projects.

5. **Attention to Detail**: Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to produce highly realistic renderings.

6. **Communication Skills**:Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and present ideas to clients.

7. **Problem-Solving**: Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing project requirements and deadlines.

8. **Time Management**: Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver high-quality work on time.

**Preferred Skills**:
1. Experience with virtual reality (VR) and augmented reality (AR) technologies.

2. Knowledge of animation and video editing software.

3. Understanding of architectural standards, building codes, and construction practices.

4. Experience in interior design visualization and Event Setup visulaization.
