We are currently seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Chief Medical Officer (Addiction Psychiatry) to join our prestigious addiction clinic in Doha, Qatar. As the Chief Medical Officer, you will be responsible for leading and setting the strategic direction for our clinical programmes, ensuring compliance with the highest quality standards in clinical care and with Government regulations.

As a key member of our senior leadership team, you will play a critical role in effectively and efficiently meeting patient needs, supporting the organisation in achieving clinical and organisational excellence, and achieving our organisational strategy and objectives.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement clinical policies and procedures to ensure high-quality patient care delivery and adherence to government regulations
- Lead and manage the clinical team, ensuring that all staff are appropriately trained, supported, and motivated
- Provide clinical leadership and expertise to support the development of clinical programmes
- Monitor and evaluate clinical services to ensure continuous quality improvement
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with external stakeholders, including healthcare providers, regulatory bodies, and other organisations in the healthcare sector
- Ensure that the clinic is operating in compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and professional standards

**Requirements**:

- Accredited degree in Medicine from a reputable medical education institute
- Post-graduate qualification in Addiction Psychiatry or equivalent
- At least 15 years of experience, including at least 7 years in positions of progressively increasing managerial responsibilities
- Proven track record of clinical leadership and experience managing complex clinical programs
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
- Fluency in English; Arabic language skills would be an advantage but not essential
