Hair Trainer

**Job description / Role**

**Employment**: Full Time

General Summary and Scope:
Provide technical support for the sales team sales as well as deliver training to the customers.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Able to deliver training session and workshops to convey all the technical information of our hair care brands.
2. Provide field technical support to the sales staff during the sales calls.
3. Deliver all kind of technical trainings to the hairdressers on the latest techniques in shaping, curling, cutting, trimming, setting, bleaching, dyeing, and tinting hair etc
4. Plan desired effect by studying facial features; examining potential styles; conferring with customer; making recommendations
5. Able to analyze hair condition and recommend hair treatment
6. Maintain technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing publications from different sources mainly our suppliers
7. Maintain quality service by following company standards

Personality:

- Reliable, tolerant, and determined.
- Well presented and businesslike.
- Keen for new experience, responsibility and accountability. Able to get on with others and be a team-player.

Specific Job Skills:

- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Excellent technical skill in cutting, shaping, styling, curling, etc of the hair
- Creative stylist

Computer skills:
Business and Selling Skills:

- Ideal business background would be in: Hair Dresser, Trainer, Hair Technician

Past Experience and Education
- 5+ years of experience as Hair Technician / Trainer in a well established organization salon, Beauty Center, Academy
