**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Test Planning and Strategy Development**: Develop, document, and implement test strategies, test plans, and test cases based on project requirements.
- **Defect Tracking and Management**: Identify, log, and track defects using industry-standard defect tracking tools, ensuring they are resolved in a timely manner.
- **Test Automation**: Design and implement automated test scripts where applicable to improve testing efficiency and coverage.
- **Collaboration with Development Teams**: Work closely with developers, business analysts, and project managers to understand requirements and resolve issues found during testing.
- **Quality Assurance Documentation**: Create detailed documentation, including test results, defect reports, and recommendations for improvement.
- **End-User Support and Training**: Support end-users during the UAT phase, ensuring they understand the system functionality and report any issues effectively.

**Qualifications and Requirements**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- **Language Skills**: Fluency in Arabic is required; proficiency in English is a plus.
- **Technical Skills**: Strong knowledge of test management tools (e.g., JIRA, HP ALM), test automation frameworks, and scripting languages. Experience with performance testing tools is a plus.

Pay: Up to QAR17,000.00 per month
