**Role Overview**

The Hospitality Facilities Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the efficient operation, maintenance, and compliance of hospitality facilities, ensuring a seamless and safe environment for guests and staff. This role requires a proactive approach to facility management, with a focus on maintaining high standards of safety, hygiene, and operational excellence.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Supervise the maintenance and repair of all facility systems, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and kitchen equipment.
- Ensure all areas, including dining, kitchen, and guest spaces, meet operational and aesthetic standards.
- Monitor compliance with Qatar’s health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and service providers for facility repairs and upgrades.
- Manage inventory and procurement of maintenance supplies, tools, and equipment.
- Conduct regular facility inspections to identify and address maintenance needs promptly.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance schedules, service logs, and expenditures.
- Collaborate with hospitality management to support operational requirements and resolve facility-related issues.
- Conduct regular food safety inspections in preparation, storage, and service areas.
- Train staff on food safety practices and HACCP principles.
- Maintain accurate food safety records (e.g., temperature logs, cleaning schedules).
- Ensure compliance with local food safety regulations.

**Qualifications**
- **Education**:

- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Facility Management, Hospitality Management, Food Safety, or a related field.
- Certification in HACCP, or similar food safety standards is preferred.
- **Experience**: A minimum of 2 years in facility management, preferably within the hospitality industry.
- **Technical Skills**:

- Expertise in facility systems and equipment maintenance.
- Knowledge of Qatar’s health, safety, and environmental regulations.

**Education**:

- Primary (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Relevant: 2 years (preferred)
