**Job Overview**:
We are seeking an **ERP Installation Specialist** to join our team in Qatar. In this role, you will be responsible for the installation and setup of our ERP software solutions, including **Tally** and **Bizify ERP**. Training will be provided to ensure you have the skills and knowledge needed to perform effectively. You will also train clients on how to use these products and ensure a smooth and satisfactory experience.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Install and configure ERP software, including **Tally** and **Bizify ERP**, for clients.
- Conduct client training sessions on the use and features of the ERP software.
- Ensure all installations meet client requirements and quality standards.
- Troubleshoot and provide technical support during installations.
- Maintain detailed records of all installations and client interactions.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth client onboarding.

**Qualifications**:

- Experience in IT installations and technical support (ERP training will be provided).
- Strong interest in learning ERP and accounting software systems such as **Tally**.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on client satisfaction.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: QAR2,500.00 - QAR3,500.00 per month
