Responsibilities
- Maintain safety and environmental health within the facility;
- Demonstrates clear leadership and development of subordinate employees;
- Ensures all equipment is in good/safe operating condition;
- Leading rotating shift schedule and supervising welding and maintenance personnel's daily activities;
- Provide technical training related to maintenance, process systems, and safety standards;
- Leading employees in safety, productivity, efficiency, process improvement, and quality;
- Supervise employees by providing training, safe working conditions, necessary tools and equipment to meet customer requirements within budget;
- Performing welding tasks, such as setting up equipment and preparing welding rods, wires, or electrodes for use.
- Achieve manufacturing excellence by establishing and communicating goals, coaching, evaluating performance, and developing people;
- Maintaining the quality of the welders’ work by inspecting completed projects

**Qualifications**:

- 3 years of Supervisory Experience(Oil & Gas/ Offshore).
- Must have experience in giving various types of Welding Tests;
- Must be able to lead and advise a crew;
- Must be able to read blueprints;
- Must have fabrication/Production experience;
- Must have experience in timekeeping and strong computer skills;
- 5+ years of experience.

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Doha: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Oil & Gas Welding Supervision: 10 years (preferred)
- Offshore: 3 years (preferred)
