**Key Responsibilities**
- Engage with clients to understand their property needs and provide expert advisory services
- Conduct property viewings and present listings with confidence
- Negotiate deals that meet client and company objectives
- Source and secure property listings from landlords
- Stay updated on the latest trends and changes in the local real estate market

**Qualifications**
- Sales Background is Essential: Proven experience in sales, with a passion for real estate
- Qatari Driving License: A must for this role
- Language Proficiency: Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
- Exceptional Customer Service Skills: Ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Strong Communication & Negotiation Skills: Convey information clearly and negotiate effectively
- Organizational & Time Management Skills: Efficiently manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Market Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the Qatari real estate landscape
- Motivated by Commission: Willingness to work under a high commission scheme
