**Guest Relations Officer (Female)**
Department: Front Office / Guest Services
Reports To: Front Office Manager / Guest Relations Manager

**About the Job**
Help guests feel welcome and enjoy their stay. Be friendly, take care of VIPs, and keep things running smoothly at the front desk. Your work helps guests have a great experience and want to come back.

**Main Duties**
- Smile and greet guests whenever you see them.
- Find out what guests need and tell them about hotel services or places nearby.
- Answer questions and help quickly when guests have a problem.
- Give special care to VIP guests and handle their requests.
- Arrange surprises like birthdays and set up rooms as requested.
- Tell guests about hotel restaurants and any special deals.
- Keep guest areas tidy and clean.
- Work together with housekeeping, concierge, and food & beverage teams.
- Collect guest feedback and share ideas with your manager.
- Always look neat and work well with your team.

**Qualifications**
- Having worked in a hotel or with guests before is a plus.
- Speak and write clearly.
- Be polite, patient, and calm when it gets busy.
- Organize work well and handle several tasks at a time.
- Know how to use basic computer programs and hotel systems.
- Willing to work different shifts, weekends, and holidays.
- Enjoy helping people and want to give great service.
