Short summary of the job:

- File maintains records so that ther are orderly and easy to find.
- Transmits information or documents to customers, using computer, mail or facsimile machine in a timely and efficient manner.
- Manages routine queries and refers those that are appropriate to the concerned as required.
- Assists in the preparation of reports, as instructed.
- Assists with the development of a veriety of correspondence, transcribes correspondence, and distributes as required.
- Assists with the maintenance of the database and filing systems, both electronic and hard copy.
- Recieves, screens, registers, distributes, and prioritizes all incoming mail, electronic, and hard copy.
- Track and log all incoming and outgoing documents.
- Maintains confidentiality at all times.
- Perform other duties as requested

**Qualification**
- High School plus
- 'Passed' English Language Course (beginner-2) conducted by HMC Learning and Devolpment

**Experience**
- Minimum of 2 years’ related work experience.
- Basic English, Basic Arabic Preferred.
- Bi-lingual writing and speaking capablities are plus
- Knowledge of computer skills in basic level
- Ability to communicate verbally and in writing in English is essential
- Ability to communicate verbally and in writing in Arabic is preferred
