**About the Role**:
We are seeking a skilled and passionate **Demi Chef de Partie** to join our dynamic hot kitchen team. In this role, you will assist in preparing high-quality dishes, maintaining kitchen efficiency, and ensuring impeccable food standards. **Core Responsibilities**:

- Lead and supervise daily operations in **hot kitchen sections** (sauté, grill, fry, etc.)
- Ensure flawless execution of hot dishes with perfect timing, temperature and presentation
- Maintain strict **mise-en-place** standards for all hot kitchen stations
- Monitor food quality and consistency according to **5-star hotel standards**:

- Train Commis chefs in proper cooking techniques and safety procedures
- Control food costs by minimizing waste and proper portioning

**Essential Requirements**:

- **Minimum 4 years** experience in **hot kitchen sections** of 5-star hotels
- Expertise in **Western/Continental/Asian cooking techniques**:

- Strong knowledge of **meat/poultry/fish preparation and cooking methods**:

- Ability to work in **high-pressure, fast-paced** kitchen environment
- Valid food hygiene certification (HACCP/ServSafe or equivalent)

**Shift Pattern**: Rotational shifts including weekends/public holidays
