**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise, plan, and execute maintenance activities for HVAC and mechanical systems.
- Ensure preventive and corrective maintenance schedules are implemented effectively.
- Conduct troubleshooting, fault diagnosis, and root cause analysis for system failures.
- Monitor and control maintenance costs, ensuring efficient use of resources.
- Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations.
- Prepare technical reports and documentation related to HVAC/mechanical operations.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure quality service delivery.
- Support energy efficiency initiatives and recommend system improvements.

**Qualifications & Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in **Mechanical/HVAC Engineering**.
- **UPDA Grade A or B certification** is mandatory.
- Minimum of **5 years’ relevant maintenance experience** in HVAC/mechanical systems.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems design, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
- Proficiency in maintenance management software and MS Office.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in GCC region, especially in facilities management.
