**About the Role**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Plan, schedule, and execute multiple interior and exhibition projects simultaneously.
- Review and interpret technical drawings, BOQs, and specifications.
- Coordinate with design, procurement, production, and site teams for seamless execution.
- Manage subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery and quality compliance.
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress, safety, and workmanship standards.
- Liaise directly with clients, consultants, and internal stakeholders for approvals and updates.
- Prepare project reports, cost summaries, and progress documentation.
- Ensure all works comply with company standards and HSE regulations.

**Requirements**:

- **Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma** in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Interior Design.
- **3-5 years of experience** managing interior fit-out and/or exhibition stand projects in the GCC.
- Strong technical understanding of **joinery, MEP coordination, and fabrication methods.**:

- Proficient in **AutoCAD** and project management tools (MS Project, Primavera, etc.).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle multiple projects under tight deadlines.
- Valid GCC driving license (preferred).
