**Qualifications**:

- Civil Engineer with a Master's degree or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Transport Planning, or a similar field.
- Previous experience in railway licensing and public transport.
- Experience of no less than 10 years in strategic planning and policies related to railway safety, infrastructure, and operational safety.
- Experience in the GCC countries.
- Preparation of strategic plans related to railway safety requirements.
- Managing railway projects and coordinating with the Railway Company (Rail) to monitor and implement these projects according to safety and security standards.
- Auditing, monitoring, and testing the quality of actual work packages and designs provided by operators or contractors, and providing professional opinions.
- Preparing technical reports and attending meetings with strategic partners regarding activities and issues related to the project, in line with the country’s integrated transport policy.
- Studying topics assigned by the department manager, offering professional opinions, and evaluating the economic feasibility of the department’s specific projects.
- Responsible for reviewing the policies related to the regional and local projects in GCC countries, especially railway projects.
- Reviewing the performance of operating companies based on agreed-upon key performance indicators and reviewing and auditing the financial support invoices based on actual performance.
- **Duration**: 3 Years (36 Months)

Pay: QAR15,000.00 - QAR20,000.00 per month
