Technical Lead

As a Technical Lead - Forcepoint DLP at EPAM Systems, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining data loss prevention (DLP) solutions using Forcepoint DLP technology. You will collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements, develop DLP policies, rules, and workflows, and configure Forcepoint DLP tools to align with organizational data security policies and industry best practices. Your expertise in Forcepoint DLP implementation and management will be critical in detecting and preventing unauthorized data leakage or exfiltration, as well as ensuring compliance with data security regulations. Additionally, you will provide technical support for incident response and investigation, conduct system upgrades and maintenance, and stay updated with the latest DLP trends and technologies to enhance our DLP strategies.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design, implement, and maintain data loss prevention (DLP) solutions using Forcepoint DLP technology
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and develop DLP policies, rules, and workflows
- Configure and customize Forcepoint DLP tools to align with organizational data security policies and industry best practices
- Monitor and analyze data flows and communication channels to detect and prevent unauthorized data leakage or exfiltration
- Perform regular assessments and audits of DLP policies and rules to ensure their effectiveness and compliance with data security regulations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as IT, security, and compliance, to integrate Forcepoint DLP solutions into the overall security infrastructure
- Provide technical expertise and support for incident response and investigation related to data loss incidents
- Conduct DLP system upgrades, patches, and maintenance activities to ensure optimal performance and functionality
- Stay up to date with the latest DLP trends, technologies, and threats to continuously enhance and adapt our DLP strategies
- Develop and deliver training programs and awareness campaigns to educate employees on DLP policies, best practices, and potential risks
- Participate in risk assessments and gap analyses to identify vulnerabilities and recommend appropriate DLP controls and countermeasures
- Collaborate with vendors and support teams to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Forcepoint DLP implementation and operation
- Maintain documentation of DLP policies, procedures, configurations, and incident response processes

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Proven experience as a Forcepoint DLP Specialist or in a similar role, with expertise in implementing and managing Forcepoint DLP solutions
- Strong knowledge of data loss prevention concepts, methodologies, and industry best practices
- Proficiency in configuring and administering Forcepoint DLP tools, including Forcepoint DLP Manager and Forcepoint DLP Endpoint
- Familiarity with data protection regulations and frameworks
- Solid understanding of network protocols, data encryption, and data classification principles
- Experience in incident response and forensic analysis related to data loss incidents
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze and interpret DLP logs and alerts
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders and provide DLP training and support
- Relevant certifications, such as Forcepoint Certified DLP Administrator or Forcepoint Certified DLP Engineer, are a plus
