**Key Responsibilities**
- Supervise and manage daily site operations to ensure smooth project execution according to design, quality, and safety standards.
- Review and interpret drawings, specifications, and project documents to ensure accurate site implementation.
- Plan, monitor, and report site progress, identifying potential delays and proposing corrective actions.
- Conduct regular quality inspections to ensure all works meet company and client standards.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
- Manage snag lists, testing, commissioning, and final finishing works to ensure flawless project completion.
- Lead and document the handover process, ensuring all close-out documents, warranties, and as-built drawings are prepared and submitted.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations on site.
- Provide regular updates and detailed reports to the Project Manager regarding progress, challenges, and site conditions.

Pay: QAR6,000.00 - QAR10,000.00 per month
