**About the role**

Other operational duties would include:

- Assist the team with organisation and coordination of all internal events and employee engagement activations related to employee health and wellbeing, Sports, HR and CSR that support the company’s strategic objectives
- Supporting the team to deliver initiatives like workshops, town halls, roadshows, team meetings, off-site meetings, launches, openings etc. to ensure they run effectively and efficiently within the budget.
- Ensure that internal communications materials are regularly updated across a range of channels, digital, face to face and written by coordinating with internal stakeholders like Marketing and Corporate Communications team for latest company -related news
- Support the team to ensure that all internal stakeholder department’s internal communications and employee engagement requirements are captured, planned and delivered in a timely manner
- Responsible for updating and maintaining the intranet portal, employee social network and other digital channels, manage various business requests related to the same ensuring the information is regularly published and up to date while constantly looking out for engaging content to be shared with all staff and setting governance and accountability with featured departments.
- Perform regular administration duties to support the requirements of the HOD and team to ensure smooth running of department’s functions
- Organising and managing seminars, events and presentations, which could involve booking facilities and equipment, working with agencies and preparing management slide-shows and presentations and working closely with IT and Facilities teams
- Working with colleagues across the organisation to contribute to specific projects, especially employee engagement at work
- Responsible for maintaining and having a monthly report for the Department’s storage and giveaways

**Qualifications**:
**About You**

We are looking for a passionate and experienced professional to join the HR Management Team.
- Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent with Minimum 3 years of job-related experience
- Experience in content management systems and software
- Experience in event management / PR / Advertising agency would be an added advantage
- Experience working in different cultural environments. Has the professional and personal credibility to work with multi-disciplinary and multi-cultural teams
- Experience working alone in hands-on environment.
