International Medical Company is looking for a Supply Chain Manager/Director. Who will be responsible of Developing effective Supply Chain models based on industry trends and demand patterns and implement solutions to improve demand and supply cycle. Work closely with the management, inventory, marketing, regulatory and sales teams to ensure implementing the standard practices in demand and supply.

Key Responsibilities:

- Maintains working knowledge of end to end supply chain components including forecasting, inventory management, demand planning, basic department management, master data management, item lifecycle and disposition, seasonal planning, store ordering and operations, supplier planning and order fulfillment.
- Maintains the Demand Planning excel models as the primary forecasting system tool
- Research suppliers and vendors that meet the goals of the company
- Find suppliers that have certain certifications, accreditation, and insurance, along with a steady stream of materials that fit within budget restraints
- Ensure partners continue to meet company needs
- Collect and analyze data to ensure the company is making the best decisions - Build and maintain long-term relationships with critical suppliers
- Manage technological systems that track the shipment, inventory and supply of materials - Lead transformational activities to build procurement organizational capabilities and improve procurement efficiency
- Review contract specifications on behalf of the company
- Planning and monitoring inbound and outgoing deliveries.
- Responding to any issues or complaints.
- Researching ideal shipping techniques, routing, and carriers. - Working with other departments to incorporate logistics with company procedures and operations. - Evaluating budgets and expenditures.
- Monitor quality, quantity, delivery times, and transport costs - Interacts with sales, marketing, and customer Service to understand demand forecast drivers
- Collects data from internal and external sources on factors known to affect demand - Analyzes sales, stock, and other data statistics
- Reviews historical sales trends, and inventory coverages
- Models the data to forecast future demand - Obtains information on occurrences that could impact demand like promotions and production delays
- Gathers updates on vendors, distributors, sales, and other stakeholders that can affect demand
- Develops demand forecasts at multiple levels of aggregation for multiple time horizons - Coordinates cross-functional research activities to reconcile significant variances
- Interacts with sales, marketing, and finance to understand demand forecast drivers
- Provides input to the supply planning organization in developing inventory strategies on existing items, new products, and product phase-outs

- Interact with logistics team and ensure a cost effective model for logistics.

Pay: QAR30,000.00 - QAR35,000.00 per month
