**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Responsible to assess the cleaning requirements at the premises.
- Responsible for cleaning the premises such as washrooms, mosques, parking area, technical rooms, offices, reception, facade and the park area.
- Responsible to perform sanitation in lobbies as well as toilet facilities.
- Responsible to perform waste disposal.
- Responsible for the cleaning tools to be used and should follow the approved cleaning standards.
- Responsible to adhere with the standards of cleaning using proper equipment and cleaning materials at a given location
- Responsible to assess, evaluate and monitor the cleaning consumables and report it to the Supervisor.
- Responsible to operate cleaning tools, machines, and other equipment.
- Ensuring to use the required PPE prior to performing works at the park.
- Responsible to ensure compliance with the health, safety and environmental regulations.
- Operate in a safe and environmentally friendly way to protect guests’ and colleagues’ health and safety, as well as protect and conserve the environment.
- To carry out ad-hoc requests given by management.
- To use the company ID while on duty for time registration and abide by the ID and site rules.
- To adhere by the company HR policies and procedures, appointments, performance appraisals, leave plan, and all communication channels.
- To offer advice on the facilities regulations in a polite, calm and professional manner.
- To maintain the highest standard of personal hygiene and appearance always; ensuring uniform is clean and smart in appearance when on duty,
- To communicate in a professional and courteous manner when dealing with customers and colleagues.

The salary includes all the allowances such as food, accommodation and transportation.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: QAR2,400.00 per month
