Doha, Qatar Inspire Management Training Center Full time

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lay bricks, concrete blocks, stones, and other building materials accurately according to specifications and blueprints.
- Build, repair, and maintain walls, partitions, arches, and other structural elements.
- Read and interpret architectural and structural drawings to ensure precise execution of work.
- Mix and prepare mortar and other materials to the correct consistency.
- Ensure all work complies with safety regulations and quality standards.
- Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.
- Collaborate with site supervisors and other tradespeople to complete projects on schedule.

**Qualifications, Experience & Skills**:

- **Relevant technical diploma or certification in Masonry or Construction Technology is preferred.**:

- **Minimum 5 years of experience as a Mason or in a similar role in construction or building maintenance.**:

- Strong knowledge of masonry techniques, materials, and tools.
- Ability to read and understand technical drawings and blueprints.
- Familiarity with safety regulations and construction site protocols.
- Good physical stamina and manual dexterity.
- Basic English language proficiency for effective communication on site.
- Must be **locally available in Qatar** with a **valid QID and visa**.
- **Immediate joiners are preferred**.
