**Job Summary**:
The **Logistics Liaison Coordinator** plays a crucial role in facilitating communication and coordination among various stakeholders involved in the logistics process, including exhibitors, organizers, subcontractors, and the project logistics team. The primary goal is to ensure the smooth and efficient delivery of exhibition materials by effectively managing relationships and logistics operations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Serve as the main point of contact for exhibitors, providers, and internal teams to ensure seamless logistics operations.
- Plan and manage the timely delivery of exhibition materials, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Maintain precise records of incoming and outgoing requests, providing necessary information for logistics services.
- Address and resolve any logístical issues that arise, minimizing disruptions and maintaining high customer satisfaction.
- Prepare and manage all necessary documentation, including shipping documents, booking reports, and payment controls.
- Ensure all logístical activities comply with relevant regulations and company policies.
- Track and analyze logistics performance reports, identifying areas for improvement and communicating these to operational teams.
- Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders, addressing any logístical concerns or queries promptly.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in logistics coordination or a similar role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction with customers, providers, and internal teams.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Negotiation skills to manage contracts and agreements.
- Time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Problem-solving abilities to address logístical challenges.
- Proficiency in logistics software and tools is a plus.
