**Job Title**: Waitress - Fine Dining

**Department**: Food & Beverage / Service

**Job Purpose**:
To deliver exceptional guest service in a fine dining environment by providing personalized attention, presenting menus with expertise, serving food and beverages with elegance, and ensuring guests enjoy a memorable dining experience in line with the highest hospitality standards.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet guests warmly and escort them to their tables with professional etiquette.
- Present menus, explain dishes, recommend wine pairings, and answer questions about ingredients and preparation methods.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and input them into the POS system promptly.
- Serve food and drinks in a refined and professional manner, following fine dining service standards.
- Maintain table settings, cleanliness, and ambiance throughout the dining experience.
- Anticipate guest needs, check back regularly, and handle special requests with care.
- Coordinate closely with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely and accurate order delivery.
- Handle guest complaints and feedback gracefully, escalating to management when required.
- Assist in setting up the dining area for service and clearing after closing.
- Uphold grooming, uniform, and hygiene standards at all times.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience (minimum 1 years) as a Waitress/Server in a **fine dining restaurant or luxury hotel**.
- Excellent knowledge of food, beverages, and wine service.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-oriented attitude.
- Good command of English (knowledge of additional languages, especially Arabic or French, is an advantage).
- Presentable, polished, and professional appearance.
- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure in a high-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
