We’re seeking an experienced, dynamic, and creative Content Strategist to join our team. In this role, you will maintain a strategic direction across all content pieces—whether blogs, infographics, or videos—to strengthen our brand’s voice. You will determine the best content formats to ensure high consumer engagement while generating leads to attract potential prospects.

Objectives of This Role:

- Develop and execute a content strategy that aligns with our organization’s goals.
- Create a comprehensive content calendar to collaborate with cross-functional teams and align marketing campaigns.
- Monitor and measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, recommending ways to improve future content performance.
- Build and manage relationships with external content creators and influencers.
- Work with the legal and compliance team to ensure content complies with governance guidelines and policies.

**Responsibilities**:

- Own the content strategy for the website and manage the entire content creation process from ideation to publication.
- Identify trends, content gaps, and target audience preferences.
- Ensure content creation is tailored for different platforms and distributed across multiple channels.
- Develop and analyze essential KPIs and metrics of content performance in collaboration with the data and analytics team.
- Guide the content production team on SEO optimization, video editing, and graphic design to enhance user experience and search engine visibility.
- Stay updated with industry trends and algorithm changes that affect content and marketing.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
- Extensive experience in content creation, strategy building, and content marketing.
- Working knowledge of search engine marketing (SEM).
- Exemplary interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Excellent planning and management skills to oversee multiple content campaigns.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: QAR5,000.00 - QAR6,000.00 per month
