We are looking for an experienced Senior Video Editor to lead our post-production team and drive the creation of compelling video content. **Key Responsibilities**:

- Edit and assemble raw footage into high-quality videos that meet the creative vision and objectives of each project.
- Work closely with producers, directors, and other team members to ensure that videos align with project goals and timelines.
- Utilize industry-standard video editing software and tools to enhance the quality of the final product.
- Incorporate motion graphics, visual effects, and sound design to enhance video content.
- Collaborate with the creative team to provide input and solutions for storytelling, pacing, and overall video quality.
- Maintain organized project files and adhere to post-production workflows.
- Stay updated on industry trends and video editing techniques to continuously improve the quality and creativity of our video content.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Film, Media, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Proven experience as a Senior Video Editor with a strong portfolio showcasing your video editing skills.
- Proficiency in industry-standard video editing software, such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
- Solid understanding of visual storytelling, pacing, and video composition.
- Strong technical knowledge of video formats, codecs, and file management.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines while maintaining the highest quality standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of motion graphics, visual effects, and color correction is a plus.
- Experience with 2D/3D animation and graphics software is a bonus.
