**Job Overview**: Multimedia Designer - Presentation Design Specialist**

We are seeking a talented and creative Multimedia Designer specializing in presentation design to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating visually engaging and compelling presentations, primarily using PowerPoint, Google Slides, and other multimedia tools. You will work closely with clients and internal teams to transform complex information into easy-to-understand, aesthetically pleasing, and impactful visual stories.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design and create custom presentations for a variety of clients, ensuring that each presentation aligns with brand guidelines, storytelling objectives, and audience expectations.
- Collaborate with clients or project managers to gather content, key messages, and objectives for each presentation.
- Transform data, research, and key points into visually appealing slides that effectively communicate the message.
- Work with multimedia elements such as images, videos, animations, and infographics to create dynamic presentations.
- Edit and optimize presentations to ensure clarity, visual appeal, and consistency across slides.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of design trends and presentation best practices.
- Ensure final presentation designs are delivered in various formats (e.g., PowerPoint, PDF, Google Slides) and are ready for use in meetings, pitches, and other client-facing situations.
- Provide recommendations for improving visual and design elements to elevate the overall impact of the presentation.
- Revise presentations based on client feedback and adjust designs as necessary.
- Manage multiple projects and deadlines efficiently while maintaining high design standards.

**Key Skills and Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Proven experience in designing presentations, with a portfolio showcasing your work.
- Expertise in PowerPoint, Google Slides, and other presentation tools; proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects) is a plus.
- Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout composition.
- Ability to transform complex data into visually appealing, easy-to-understand graphics.
- Familiarity with animation, video editing, and motion graphics is a plus.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a high standard for visual and design quality.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and handle multiple projects simultaneously.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience designing corporate brands, including pitch decks, investor presentations, and executive reports.
- Knowledge of web design and user experience principles.
- A creative mindset with an ability to bring fresh, innovative ideas to the table.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- A portfolio showcasing previous work in multimedia design is highly desirable.
