We are seeking a dedicated and capable clinic administrator to oversee the daily administrative operations of our clinic. Your duties will include implementing procedures to optimize patient care and managing the budget, proactively addressing issues that prevent the clinic from running smoothly.

**Job description**:

- Manage overall operations and is responsible for the effective and successful management of labor, productivity, quality control, and safety measures. The experienced operations manager will ensure safe and efficient operations. Serve as a company representative on regulatory issues. Enhance the operational procedure, systems, and principles, enhanced management reporting, and look for opportunities to expand systems. Carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with company's policies and applicable laws.
- Duties and responsibilities may include interviewing, selection, and hiring; training new and existing employees; directing work; authoring and discussing with employees performance appraisals; addressing employee performance and corrective action plans; Organizing the budget of the company in collaboration with the director.

**Duties and responsibilities**:

- Reviewing patient records to ensure that all required information is accurate and up to date.
- Ensuring that all medical records are kept in compliance with federal regulations
- Managing the budget for medical services and supplies to ensure that costs are controlled
- Following up with patients to ensure that they are satisfied with their care and treatment plans
- Ensuring that all infectious diseases are handled in accordance with government regulations
- Scheduling appointments and keeping track of patient wait times
- Reviewing insurance claims to ensure that they are processed accurately
- Ability to supervise and motivate clinic staff to perform their duties efficiently.
- Knowledge of procuring supplies & equipment
- Managing all medical licenses
