**Job Overview**

**The Service Design Senior Solutions Analyst - FN** is responsible for designing and implementing advanced service design solutions, collaborating with clients, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to analyze requirements and develop scalable and efficient service design architectures.

**Administrative Responsibilities**
- Promote and monitor adherence to relevant policies, processes, and standard operating procedures in a controlled and consistent manner.
- Develop and motivate subordinates to ensure knowledge transfer and a positive work environment.
- Monitor performance of subordinates, providing both formal and informal feedback and counseling to maximize efficiency. Functional Responsibilities
- Design and develop complex service design solutions that align with client requirements, business goals, and industry best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement service design methodologies, frameworks, and standards.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of client needs, business processes, and technical requirements.
- Lead user research activities including interviews, surveys, and data analysis to identify service improvement opportunities.
- Support solution pitching and communicate business benefits to clients; influence team priorities and resolve design issues.
- Contribute to service quality by tracking KPIs, participating in audits and reviews, and implementing corrective actions.
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to the service design team to ensure successful project delivery.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends, integrating innovations into service strategies.
- Support implementation of tools for IT infrastructure monitoring, resource utilization, and performance trending.
- Establish and maintain a capacity management planning process at the enterprise, system, and component level. Collaboration Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Solutions Advisory and Sales teams to understand and document business requirements related to solutions.
- Coordinate with Security Operations and Compliance to ensure all reviews meet contractual and regulatory standards.

**Academic & Professional Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field. Experience
- Minimum of 5-6 years of experience in technology services or a related field.

**Skills & Requirements**
- Expertise in service design principles, methodologies, and tools.
- Strong leadership and team collaboration capabilities.
- Proficient in translating client requirements into efficient service design architectures that align with business objectives.
- In-depth understanding of: _
