QA/QC Manager is responsible for Preparing and submitting Project Quality plan (PQP), Quality organization plan (QOP), Method statement, Inspection and Test Plan and Check list for all works.
- Reviewing and Submitting Sub-Contractor's Prequalification and material submittals.
- Ensuring that all the inspection and test activities as per approved ITP’s, project specification, QCS2014 and Standard.
- Coordinating with consultant day to day if anything issues in the inspection or material submittal immediately resolve the problems.
- Monitoring Quality Control Laboratory (Sampling & testing of materials) as per approved Concrete design mix & other activities as per standard, project specs &QCS2014.
- Responsible for raw material testing and compliance with QCS2014 & project specs.
- Coordinating with MEP and subcontractors to obtain clearance on time to avoid any delay in progress.
- Ensuring quality of works in accordance with Standard, Specification & Method Statements, including the development of Inspection Test Plans (ITP) and check lists.
- Conducting periodic Internal & External audits( every 3 month once) on contractors and Supplier's to verify implementation of quality management system by all the project participants. coordinate with 3rd party audit team for company ISO certificate.
- ensuring use of proper safety procedures/policies while carrying out work activities as per company HSE policy and undertake safety responsibilities.
