**Key Responsibilities**:

- Ensure compliance with company travel policies and budget guidelines.
- Work closely with HR, Finance, and department heads to manage travel schedules and requirements.
- Book flights, hotels, and prepare travel itineraries.
- Assist in organizing travel for corporate events, conferences, and offsite meetings.
- Handle travel-related issues and provide support during emergencies or changes.
- Maintain travel records and generate reports on travel expenses and trends.
- Assist with relocation logistics for new hires or transfers (if applicable).
- Communicate with external travel agencies and vendors to negotiate rates and manage service contracts.
- Support the onboarding process for international hires in coordination with HR and legal teams.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in travel coordination, HR support, or administrative roles.
- Knowledge of travel booking platforms
- Familiarity with visa and immigration requirements (a plus).
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Ability to work independently and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- IATA qualified
