Secretary /document Controller

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Maintain and manage all project and office documentation in both electronic and hard copy formats.
- Control the issuance, receipt, and tracking of documents such as drawings, reports, correspondence, and technical submittals.
- Ensure all documents are filed accurately, following company and project-specific protocols.
- Coordinate with internal departments and project teams to collect, review, and distribute documents.
- Prepare and format reports, letters, and other documents as needed.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for management.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of company and client documentation.
- Ensure proper version control and organization of all controlled documents.
- Assist in the preparation of documentation for audits and inspections.
**Qualifications and Skills**:
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of relevant experience as a Secretary / Document Controller.
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Secretarial Studies, or related field.
- Proven experience in document control within engineering or construction projects is preferred.
- Strong command of English - both written and spoken.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with document control systems (e.g., Aconex, EDMS) is a plus.
- High level of organization, accuracy, and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
Pay: QAR3,000.00 - QAR3,500.00 per month
