**What you'll be doing**

Dyson, is launching its exclusive hair care formulation line in Qatar. We are seeking a dynamic and highly energetic **Beauty Consultant** to drive sales and elevate the brand experience within Sephora stores. This is a unique opportunity to be at the forefront of a new product launch in the GCC market, representing a luxury brand known for innovation.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Sales & Target Achievement**: Actively engage with customers to understand their needs and drive the sale of Dyson's hair care formulation products. Meet and exceed assigned sales KPIs.
- **Product Expertise**: Develop comprehensive knowledge of Dyson's hair care formulation line and have a strong understanding of Dyson personal care tools to facilitate cross-selling opportunities.
- **Customer Engagement & Storytelling**: Provide exceptional customer service by delivering compelling product demonstrations and educating customers on the benefits and science behind Dyson's hair care solutions. Effectively communicate the value proposition of a new and premium product.
- **Brand Representation**: Reflect the luxury image of the Dyson brand through professional appearance, strong communication, and an enthusiastic approach.
- **Hair Science & Styling Knowledge**: Be comfortable with and willing to learn about different hair types, hair science principles, and styling techniques to provide tailored recommendations.

**What you’ll need to succeed**- **Previous experience in the beauty industry, particularly with hair care formulations, is highly desirable.**:

- **Strong, energetic, and enthusiastic personality** with a proactive approach to sales.
- Highly persuasive with a natural ability to tell a compelling story about products.
- Comfortable with hands-on engagement, including touching clients' hair during demonstrations.
- Aggressive in sales approach while maintaining a decent and professional demeanor.
- Ability to quickly adapt and learn about new products and industries.
- Arabic language is a big plus
